How to redeem a voucher

As a CD WOW! email subscriber then you will receive exclusive promotional vouchers which can be redeemed to give you a special discount. Each voucher contains a unique 18 digit code that is entered during the checkout process. Here is our quick guide on how to redeem these vouchers:

  1. Locate the unique codeThis is located under the promotional message.

  2. Copy the 18 digit code(Highlight the code with your cursor then either right click on your mouse and copy or press CTRL-C)
  3. Selecting your ItemPromotional Vouchers cannot be redeemed on Sale Items. Products with a crossed out price and a new price listed are Sale Items.We have already discounted them to the lowest price possible. When selecting an item to redeem your Promotional Voucher on, select an item that does not have a crossed out price.

  4. Paste the code into the voucher code field in the checkout

  5. Click "redeem" and the voucher amount will be deducted from the outstanding amount

  6. Complete checkout process

One promotional voucher per item can be used per transaction. You can now redeem multiple promotional vouchers in the one order, each voucher will be applied to a different item. Please read our promotional voucher terms & conditions
