The world of the Neopets makes its way onto consoles in this puzzle adventure title from Capcom.

Based on the popular virtual community, Neopets Puzzle Adventure allows players to customise one of 12 Neopets to use during the game’s main quest to save the lands of Neopia from impending destruction. Taking place across four Neopian lands, there are over 150 quests to try along the way. As well as the more traditional adventure elements of Neopets Puzzle Adventure, a chess-style game board lets Neopets fans play simple puzzle games to unlock further areas.

As well as the more typical Neopets on show in Puzzle Adventure, players can collect up to 100 PetPets: virtual pets that unlock extra abilities and special awards. Numerous recipes and bonuses can also be equipped to each pet. There is also the opportunity to unlock codes in-game that can be redeemed on the official Neopets website for exclusive online virtual items.

Neopets Puzzle Adventure successfully combines the colourful world of the Neopets with simplified puzzle games that are the ideal stepping stone to more demanding titles.
