Description

With a title taken from a British Government poster during World War II, 'Keep Calm And Carry On' is the seventh studio album from Welsh rockers Stereophonics. Frontman Kelly Jones is at his swaggering best, his husky tones sounding as bold and determined as ever. Meanwhile, there is plenty of melody to be found as the 'Phonics continue to hone their songcrafting skills here, creating a stellar addition to their already sound back catalogue. Includes the rousing single 'Innocent'.

Comments about UMG STEREOPHONICS - Keep Calm & Carry On:

Every track is good, stand out tracks are Innocent and I got Your Number. Not quite as heavy as Language, Sex, Violence, Other?

Comments about UMG STEREOPHONICS - Keep Calm & Carry On:

Kelly Jones finally returns to what he does best......small town stories. A stunning album from a band that have really stood the test of time despite the many knocks they may have received along the way.
From Album highlight 'Innocent', reminiscent of 'Phonics great 'Local Boy in the Photograph', through to the melow tones of next single 'Could you be the One' Jones reminds us of the small town goings on typical of the Welsh Valleys. Personal highlights include '100 MPH' and glam rock sound-a-like 'I Got Your Number'. A must for rock fans and poetry fans everywhere!!

Comments about UMG STEREOPHONICS - Keep Calm & Carry On:

Always a consitent and prolific band, here, the 'Phonics introduce some new ideas to good effect. Kelly Jones' voices sounds as raw and fantastic as ever and this is a solid album which is a must for anyon who owns their previous.
