Description
After the huge success of 2007's eponymous album (platinum UK), which produced the international #1 smash single 'With Every Heartbeat' & the top 10 hit 'Be Mine', Robyn is back with her killer combination of natural pop nous and cool sassiness offering up an exciting mix of cool electronica, heartfelt pop songs and tracks that have all the hallmarks of becoming classic club hits.
Due to an abundance of great songs bursting to get out 2010 will see her release not one, not two but three albums. The first, Body Talk PT 1, will be released on June 14th with the single Dancing On My Own released the same day.
Robyn explains: "I got all these great songs so why not? It's been 5 years since "Robyn" and I didn't want to wait with a release until they are all recorded, so I decided to start putting them out right away. I also can't wait to play live again and this enables me to tour and record at the same time. I just want to keep making music."
Robyn has worked with the hottest producers around to make these ambitious plans a reality. Diplo, Royksopp, Kleerup and Klas Ahlund (amongst others) are all on board.

this cd, although 8 tracks, has some unique beats and great catchy songs. "dancing on my own" and "fembot" are fun and danceable. "non of dem" is a great track with royksopp. the standout track here is "dont f______ tell me what to do" - can listen to over and over and has a great beat!! cant wait for part 2!

Ending a five year hiatus after her wonderful, self-titled album, Robyn returns with... another wonderful album. One that's the first of a trilogy for this year. Filled with catchy songs that'll appeal to lovers of pop music all over the spectrum from indie pop to commercial radio. My standout track is "Fembot". But it's really the mix that makes it work so well. Over far too soon (and not only 'cause it clocks in at the half hour mark), the only thing to do is hit 'play' again.

The only issue with this release is that its over too soon!Immaculatley produced,fantastically sung and loaded with memorabile choruses,Body Talk manages to appeal to many different people whilst always touching them emotionally.Robyn does things in her own unique entertaining style,and cant wait for the other parts of Body Talk to potentially be released this year.
