Description
Graham Coxon's seventh solo album is his first since rejoining old bang-mates Blur, and was produced by Stephen Street, who also produced Peter Doherty's solo debut, on which Graham played on almost every track. The album is a concept album which follows one man from birth to death. Although the album is primarily an acoustic record, there is some electric guitar work, and the album features guests such as Robyn Hitchcock. Preceded by the single 'Sorrow's Army'.

Press Reviews
The Spinning Top, a really very enjoyable record, displays some of the finest aspects of the guitarist's talents, but chief among them, those that pertain to Coxon the folkie, and acoustic guitar stylist Uncut
